EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY
The girdles are considered intimate garments for interior use, so changes can only be made by claiming the warranty due to manufacturing defects or change of size. In any of the cases, the client must communicate within the 5 days following the delivery of the garment to request the change.
-GUARANTEE FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:
The customer has 5 days to claim the factory warranty. If within this period the garment presents any alteration due to manufacturing defect and not due to misuse of the garment, the company will proceed to change the garment or refund the money as agreed with the client.
The client must send the garment to the company for review and study of the case, in case of making the change of the garment, the company will assume the cost of shipping to the client.
-CHANGES BY SIZE, REFERENCE OR COLOR:
The client has 5 days to request the change of the garment by size, reference or color. The product must be new and without any signs of use, with tags, labels and original packaging.
The client must send the garment to the company for review and case study. Once the change of the garment is authorized, the company will assume the cost of shipping to the customer for a single time. In the event that the customer wishes to request a second change, he must bear the entire shipping cost.
