Take the measurement of your waist and hips with a dressmaker's meter. The measurement of the waist should be taken at the height of your navel, the measurement of your hip in the most prominent part of the tail. You must take a comfortable measurement, without tightening the meter. Then locate your measurements in the following sizing chart.

If your waist and hip measurements do not match the same size, you can take the trouser size you usually wear as a reference.
